Some items will contain a shipping SURCHARGE due to the weight of the item. In these rare instances, the surcharge will be explained in the item description and the extra shipping surcharge will be added into the items sale price.
2. All coins, except Third Party Certified/Graded coins, may be returned for any reason within 5 days of receipt for a refund or credit. Shipping costs are NOT refunded. Coins that are removed from holders are considered SOLD. We MUST be notified by email before returning any item, if we are NOT notified, return privileges are forfeited. Third Party Certified/Graded coins are just that and they are Guaranteed by the corresponding Grading Co. Therefore they will be sold "AS IS" and are "NOT" returnable, nor refundable.
3. We recognize that grading opinions will vary from person to person. Grading is not an exact science and no guarantee is given or implied by DuckysCoins. We strongly recommend to view all coins and make the final determination yourself. We use The ANA Standards, Photograde and along with The Grading Assistant Software to grade our coins but our opinion may differ from yours.
4.We ship within 2 business days of received payment. Except when payment is made with a Personal Check. In this case we will ship when the check clears our bank, (usually 5-7 days).
5. We reserve the right to occasionally make typos in the pricing of items. We will fix them as soon as possible. If you order an item that was priced incorrectly, we will notify you of the error and that order will be canceled.
6. We also sell on eBay, Yahoo and directly to people via Coin Forums, etc. we reserve the right to sell an item listed on DUCKYSCOINS.COM by other means while it is listed on the Web Site. We WILL make every effort to remove the item off the Site, ASAP, after it is SOLD. We apologize in advance for these rare occurrences.
7. Items/Coins being shipped to a Massachusetts address will be subject to applicable Sales Tax.
8. All prices are in US Dollars.
